yank py3600 torque converter

Bought this off ebay from a seller with great feedback, converter is used with less than 10,000 miles on it, looks great will work on 94-97 4l60e. This is a nitrous style converter with the billet front hub and six lug mounting flange. Would make someone a great street or strip converter especially if you're going to run nitrous. The reason I'm not using it is I didn't do my homework before I bought and I called yank and for my application they said I need a 4000 converter because quarter mile is my main goal. But they said this converter would still work great just wouldn't give me the best 1/4 mile for my setup. Just looking to get my money back on this $475 shipped, exactly what I paid for it has not been installed on my car. thanks,

Why don't you just send it back to Yank for a restall?

well I talked to them and I've decided to not run nitrous for the time being maybe later, He said I should run there pt4000 converter and my converter is built on a different platform than this one and they said I'd be better off to just buy a new converter. I guess the shift rpms are different also, the nitrous converters allow the rpms to drop a little more between shifts so the nitrous can run a little longer. thanks for the suggestion though.
