Question ISO: LT1 Air Intake Elbow

Before I buy this part for $170 plus shipping I thought I'd ask if anyone has an extra one lying around.

https://www.hawksmotorsports.com/cam...take-elbow-gm/

I already have one with a small tear so please no tears, holes, etc.

I have a very good used one. No holes or rips. Some slight tearing where it goes over the throttle body (I think they all do?) but that wasn’t an issue on my car at all.
If interested make me a shipped offer- Ted

My '95 was throwing the check engine soon light intermittently and we figured out that the intake elbow had been improperly fitted back onto the throttle body, probably when I had the opti replaced a year or two ago. It was smooshed and that resulted in a small tear. It's now properly fitted onto the throttle body, and we put a different MAF on it just to be sure so it seems to be okay for now. Anyway, I will check the elbow on my car and compare it to your pictures and try to decide if it would benefit me.

Ok sounds good and let me know. I seen that asking price for the one you listed and I just shook my head. As stated above I didn’t have any issues with this one I took off.

You can buy a new 1LE intake elbow (GM p/n 25147210) for less than $90 that does away with the silencer that hangs down. The rubber collar on the TB side is also beefier (or used to be). Sold at the dealer, Summit, Jegs, etc.

Hey, Amazon carries a generic version of the LT1 elbow, made by Dorman, for $67. It's a perfect copy of the GM piece at 2/3 the price.

Do a search for
