I don't have either, but it might help if you specify Bose or non-bose?
On the 4th gen Facebook group I just talked to a guy who has a factory Bose 3-speaker setup plus head unit (tape) out of a 94 that was working when he pulled it, and the car had 70k-ish miles. Maybe join up there and make a post asking about it, if that's what you need.
There are also a few on eBay right now, but the couple of guys that recondition those things and sell them there want $$$ for them.

I have a non-Bose unit I pulled from my 1995 Z. It was working when I pulled it to upgrade. LMK if you're still needing/wanting it.

I have a factory am/Fm-cassette with the equalizer out of my ‘96 Trans am if your interested. Let me know if that will work for ya, it has the equalizer built into it, my car has the Delco ten disc Cd changer that this radio controlled too, if you are interested in that as well

I know this is an old thread but I can't tell if you've found one yet. I have a stock Bose radio out of my 96 Z. I'm not sure if it's the same as what would be in a 94. The volume **** is a little crooked but other than that I think everything was pretty good. I also never used the tape deck so I can't be sure if that works but it looks fine.

Don't waste your time trying to help the thread starter - "1994Z28LT1in Oh". He joined, quadruple posted this request on four different forums, signed off 11 minutes after his first post, and has never come back to the site and signed in. Unfortunately, typical of far to many of the newbies coming to this site.
