I have a 96 Z28 with the stock paint and clearcoat on the wheels. Lately I have noticed some black smudges on the wheels that won't wash off. I have never scrubed them so I don't think I the clear coat has worn off. I have done some searches but haven't found any answers. Does anyone know what I can do to clean my wheels?
