help! I was at the track and they used white shoe polish to put numbers on my car. I got the numbers off but I got white flecks on the textured plastic by my wipers and the **** wont come off

Use Simple Green automotive and a stiff nylon brush. That should work.

When you go to clean off the shoe polish use an old claybar and window cleaner ... works great everything sticks to the claybar and you don't wind up with white flecks floating and sticking on everything.
