Im buying a new front bumper cover for my 93. How much would it cost to get the part painted (burgundy)? I could do the installation myself, but the paint would need to be proffesional. So can n e of you whove done this before perhaps give me an estimate? Thank you

 

Answers will vary greatly here. I had mine done and it was $200.

 

I work as an Auto Appraiser, so most of the bodyshops that have a computerized estimating system will most likely calculate the following:
These times and prices will fluctate depending on the area of the country and local labor rates

Times are based on or close to flat rate:

2.5 hours on refinish time add about 1.2 for clear coat
add for flex additive, color tint, light nib sand & polish.

This is close to what you'll pay for a decent job, I would spend some money and have a couple extra coats of clear or a good quality urethane paint to make it last.

Alright cool, so around 200 dollar range and for labor around 3 to 4 hours. I'll call up some auto places around me and see what the best deal is. When its finished i'll post a before and after pic. Thanks again guys.
