Great Wheel Cleaner

well iw as out washing my car today and was scrubbing away on my rims trying to get them all nice and shinny, well i go tot eh garage to see if i have any thing i could use other then soap and water, i find a huge bottle of Simple Green, i snag it , go spray it on the wheels and scrubed with the brush, i couldnt belive how much brake dust and junk was comming off. i rince it and man they were so shinny, they looked brand new, so i threw on some mag polish and i havent seen them this clean EVER. try it some time it works great.

Simple green, basically, is to the cleaning of wheels what Zaino is to the protection of paint!

I bought a gallon of simple green from the auto parts store and I thought it sucked. Maybe mine was premixed with water or something because it didn't seem as thick as degreaser should be.

Simple Green comes in several variations. Probably the best for rims is not the degreaser, but the regular formula. It's non-acidic, so it won't hurt anything.
