how to get black plastic pieces, black again?

I'm refering specifically to the cowl housing for the wipers. My wiper arms must've been replace(I mean the entire arm) because the arms are black(a bit faded, albeit black) but the cowl piece is gray now, not completely, but it looks like it's been sun baked. I don't want a shiny finish, I jsut want the damn thing to be the right color.

Thanks.

Take a look at that site. The Forever Black is supossed to be decent. The Mother's Back to Black (local product) doesn't last too long.

You could also try mothers back to black. I use it on my wiper arms and around that area. It makes it look black and shiney.
