Question How to Polish Jet-Hot??

I'm buying some headers that are jet hot coated. How would I go about polishing these up a little bit? Thanks a lot.

I have always heard you where not supposed to polish ceramic coating, if I where you I would call Jet Hot and ask them.

I've heard that too. I guess I should have worded my subject a little better. I guess warm soapy water should do the trick. If I just use a mild soap. I just wanted to clean them off a little bit.

I have someones ceramic coating on my long tubes, not sure who's. Don't know when I will get around to it but I was thinking of trying the buffer and some tripoli or white rouge compound. Don't know if it will shine things up or if it does if they will stay that way after a few heat cycles, but I can't imagine that it would hurt them. If so then I guess it would time for some ceramic-chrome coating.
