Question Orbital Buffer Pads

I was given an orbital buffer the other day and need to get pads. I went to the shop and there seem to be 3 kinds, foam, Teri cloth and fur (synthetic or wool). Since each brand stated that one was better for applying wax and one was better for removing it and getting the best shine...but none were consistent with which to use (fur to compound with one brand and to shine with another). Wax aside, how do I best use the buffer (and which pads) to get the best shine?

The wax or polish or compound you are using determines which pad you are supposed to use, if you would tell us what products you are trying to lay down and be brand and type specific I could tell you what pad to get.

There are absolutey NO Zaino products that are used with a buffer, Zaino is by hand.

If you would be VERY specific and tell me EXACTLY what Meguiars products you plan on using, I can help you, but just telling me that you are using Meguiars when they have 50 different products does not help me???????

I am using the professional glaze (the one that is applied with a buffer) and the No. 20 wax.

I see in your sig that you are a Zaino seller, if my car is 8 yrs old with the paint in good condition (has a very good shine) what products do you recomend, and how much are they?
