Steaking on white hood after Zaino?

Steaking on white hood after Zaino?
I recently put Zaino on my white '90 Caddy. It looks great everywhere except for the hood. It seems somehow that streaks have been created, and they're either under or part of the Zaino layer.
I recently washed it with Z-7, and reclayed, and it made no difference. Z-6 doesn't help either.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to fix this? I applied it just like I applied it on my '95 Z28, so I can't figure out what I did wrong.

I have been detailing for 19 years and I have never seen streaks on a white car, do you have pictures, are they a certain color?

Hi Kevin. I'll see if I can get a digital picture taken soon. The streaks seem to be white as well, just sort of made up of darker patches/blotches. I wish I could describe it better.
I'm thinking I will just use 3M's swirl remover for light colored cars. Where can I get some?
I already have Finesse It II. Would that be too harsh to use by itself, then a wash, then re-Zaino on the hood?
Thanks,
Solomon

Pep Boys, you can use the light or dark kind, does not matter.

It is pretty rough, when I use it I have to step down to the swirl mark remover, used correctly the Finesse it dulls the paint.

Thanks Kevin.
I got some 3M 30009 and it removed the streaks (whatever they were!). I then washed it with Simple Green (no Joy handy) and rinshed, then re-Zainoed with Z-1, Z-5 and Z-6.
I can't believe how perfect the paint looks and feels now, and this is on an almost 12-yr. old hood!
This 3M swirl remover is definitely great stuff! Thanks again! I will have another post soon, hopefully with some pics, of another area on the front end that the 3M products didn't help...
