For fine surface marring:
Zaino Z5, multiple coats

For light to mild swirls:
Meguiar's #9 Swirl Remover
Meguiar's BSP Dual Action Cleaner Polish
3M SMR for Dark Cars #39009

For medium to heavy swirls:
3M Finesse-It Finishing Material
3M Rubbing Compound Fine Cut #39002
Meguiar's #2 Fine Cut Cleaner

All of the above products work much better and quicker with a buffer, it will take much more time and effort by hand for the same results. Generally, I've found Meguiar's products to work easier by hand than 3M.

Anything heavier:
Consult you local body shop or detailer for getting the car buffed.

Sorry for the lack of info on the first post guys. I noticed yesterday when i turned on the light in my garage (which i hardly ever do).It had swirls BIG TIME! Especially on the hood.BTW. my car is black.
