It is so easy, there are not many tips, take a white cotton cloth and spray a little Z-9 on the seat, wipe into the leather, then look at the cloth, if it is turning dirt brown, the Z-9 is working, keep other cloths handy and rub the seat until the cloth does NOT turn dirty, then take a fresh cloth and put some Z-10 on the leather, rub it around until the leather soaks it up and you can not see the cream any longer and walk away, you are done. I like to put the car in the sun to heat up the leather to open the pores so the Z-10 soaks in really good and makes the leather soft, I would put more Z-10 on like 4 or 5 days in a row and you will be able to tell a difference in softness.

I would suggest putting the Z-10 on with your hand. Thsi way the cloth does not soak up all the conditioner. Rub it in good by hand and remove the excess with a clean towel.
