Post Is Zaino as good as they say it is?

My car is black and it has some lots of swirl marks that are only visible in the sun.
Will this stuff help? And is it worth like almost $90 for the whole kit?

Why did you use Z1 twice? Or did you mean Z6 the second time? You only need to apply Z1 every 6 months or so.

What you are seeing in the sun is NOT buffer swirl marks, All black cars have that look in the sun's direct reflection, it is called spider webbing, you can make it look better on a black car but it will never be totally eliminated. This is what TRUE buffer swirl marks look like (front corner of hood, I doubt you have these)

The marks on my 2001 SS looked ALMOST that bad, the Z-5 after 5 applications took away about 98% of those ugly blemishes. It didn't take them all but the rest are not generally noticed anymore. Thank you, Zaino!

I think zaino is great stuff. I also think conventional waxes are even better than zaino so long as you know what you are doing and know what products to use. I also have a black car with possibly the most chipped, flawed factory paint job but it still looks better than 99% of the other cars on the road because I do more than just "wax" it with some eagle one or zymol. Shoot me an e-mail if you are interested in conventional waxing. I can give you some great tips on detailing products, procedures for care, cleaning, and touch-ups and I may even get some pics of the z up sometime soon for all to see.

Zaino? What is this stuff, everybody makes it sound like it was made by God himself or something. I got to try some of this stuff. Where can I get it, do they sell it at regular auto places like pep boys?

No, Zaino is not sold in stores. Here's your options to get Z: 1)Go to www.zainobros.com and mail in the order form 2) www.ecklers.com sells it, but why order from them when you can order from the man himself. 3)call Sal Z and ask for the distributor(s) in your area. This is usually the quickest way to get your order.

Zaino may not be made by God, but it's certainly divine

Don't be a lemming, just cause everyone else uses zaino don't just assume it's divine. Do some research. Like I said, zaino is good stuff, I just think a proper wax process is better.

Question

What is a proper wax process?
