May not be ideal, but I ordered mine from www.speedautomotive.com.
off a 97 WS6 with less then 20k on it. 3.42s, disc brakes, everything, for $383 shipped to orlando, I had to pick it up at a depot place off of OBT, but I thought it was a decent deal.
Might be able to find a better deal locally, but jsut an alternative.
My car ws dead at a UCF parking garage, and time was of essence in getting it fixed.

whoops I just noticed, you had a v6
I got a lt1 driveshaft shipped with it for an extra $25 so $408 for the rear end = 1 piece steel driveshaft, and it came with the 2 rear shocks.
Mine didn't have e-brake cables, I have heard you can convert the stock drum ones I wasn't able to, but it has been done.
also the rotors were looked not so great but the I used the pads that came with it for abotu a year.
I got a set of new rear rotors for $50 shipped form JCWhitney.
I have heard you need a brake proportioning valve but I never got one and my brakes are fine, stop much better then my drums ever did.
Pretty much everything was a direct bolt up swap even the lo-trac sensor in the differential.

For the record: this doesn't meet your criteria completely but I have a '95 rear end, discs, 2.73s, posi, w/ appx 107K on it but was working fine when it came out.
Gimme $50.00. It's in Orlando so I'll deliver it anywhere in orlando for $5.00
