anyone powdercoat locally, woudl need black..

would be like 30-40 garbage can lids.

They are metal, and a rough estimate on the cost...

There's a powder coater near my work that we've used before but I can't remember the name. I think it was called Central Florida Powder Coating. They are located off of Division near Gore just south of downtown. They have a large oven so they can probably handle that pretty easily.
