just trying to figure out if these things are a scam, or if they really work.

trying to find someone to rent my spare room (female only).

looked at www.roommateclick.com and www.roommates.com

they both require you to pay for a 1 month membership.......so i wanna know if this **** is bogus, or if it actually has real people on it.

 

One of my neighbors tried that and there are real people on there, but she said she didn't like who she met.

She just moved down from PA and was looking for someone to split rent with, but the people were too freaky.

Where in Sarasota are you at?

 

well im in sarasota now, but im buying a bigger newer house in north port (15-20min drive south of sarasota exits). house is near highway, so easy access to sarasota/venice for work (i work in sarasota).

it will be 3bed 2bath, but im only renting out one room, so whoever rents it will have the spare bathroom to themselves (typically a big issue for girls).

will be ready to move in june.
