guaging interest in the sale of this car... 94 Grand prix GTP
Its an extra car my dad has... just guaging some interest in the sale of it... nothign definite.
1994 Grand Prix GTP
3.4L DOHC
If I remember right its 215hp or 210.
2-door
Green with tan clothe interier
~55,000 miles
Just recently like a week ago, timing belt and other stuff was changed, I don't know all the details but he jsut spent $1200 between that and some routine maintenace. I can find out and most likely provide paper work with it.
-few visual blemishes, but nothing major.
I think ~$5,500 is fair.
It was adult owned by my family only(don't worry I never drove ), 1st my aunt then my dad.
My aunt is a school marm , basically she is over 50 single elementary school teacher in indiana, got rid of it because she thought it was too fast, strictly upkept, she had a delaership program of maintenance(you know they give oyu a book at each interval you bring it in they do it for free, but jack up the price of the car new)
My dad has had it I forgot for how long but I could find out if neccesary. He is a conservative driver, he drives it to keep miles off his 2000 v6 Camaro.
Central or South Florida sale. Its currently in Ft. Lauderdale.
Jsut seeing if any interest in it, as I might make a proposal to my dad to take over payments on his 2000 Camaro, throw in my car(maybe) and get the GTP sold for him, he has been looking at Mercedes for a bit, looking to get out of the sports car thing and more of a classy car.

only way my dad is going to give it up is if he gets a new car thats much nicer.
It is a 5-speed, monsoon sound, most options, Navy blue.
I pulled a 15.875, with a bad launch like back when it had 7,000 miles on it(course the dad doesn't know)

Alright i jsut got off the phone and found out exactly what was done...
The motor was replaced It was replaced with a used motor that was rebuilt before installed. Along with the rebuild new brakes were added. The tires still have lots of tread.
So the basics....
-New rebuilt motor, 2 days old runs great
-about 55-60k miles on the car
-new brakes, 2 days old
-Tires have lots of tread R16 235s(I think)
Was just talking of possible making the deal I take over payments on my dad's car, he actually brought up being really interested in the deal and the possibility of looking into a vette (1-2 year old C5)
