Good spot is drive around in the housing developments on curry ford between alafaya and dean....

When I was looking to rent found lots of places in their... and my boss always had things from his neighborhood, where he is renting a house while his house is being built.

 

i just moved out of my house in waterford and now i'm off curry ford road in a neighborhood called andover cay. the house is a 4bed 2 bath. rent is pretty good for this size house, $1250, and it's on a lake. i know there are tons of places for rent here, all available through remax. this neighborhood seems very safe so far and i'm not too worried about break-ins. like eric said, look on the other side of 408 for some nicer places.

 

My old boss, now district manager lives in there its a nice neighborhood, we had a crazy party or two there

I have met up for group projects in the same area, and when I was looking for houses to rent those prices seem about right.
