Looking For A Place To Rent In Orlando

I recently finalized details on a new job, and I'll be starting on July 28. Now the fun really begins, as I'm currently living in Ormond Beach.

I'm trying to find a duplex or small house in the College Park, Colonialtown, Winter Park area. Something in a 1/1 or 2/1 layout. I'm trying to stay away from apts and condos. Since it's just me, something in the 600-900sqft range should be fine. It does need to have central a/c(I can't believe how many places still utilize window a/c units), and washer/dryer hookups would be nice but they're not a requirement. I'm looking for something $800/mo or less.

I know there isn't much activity in this section these days, but I figured I would post up anyway. Thanks for any help. Feel free to post, PM, email any info.

Thanks! I appreciate it. There are quite a few rentals available right now, but it's hard to do anything from here in Ormond. I'm hoping I can line something up when I'm in Orlando this weekend.

Most of these are in the College Park and downtown Orlando area. A friend looked at the one on Westmoreland and said it was clean. Click on view details button and it will give you the price.
