What time does the racing actually start? I may come out but just to watch-want to see what I'm getting myself into before I sign up and race.

We shoot for a start time of 10:00. We're usually done with competition around 3:00.

Be sure to bring that SOM SS okay!?! You'll be sure to get some funny looks when they see it. (407)718-3266 if you need help finding the site. It's a bit tricky your firat time if you aren't following anyone.

I'll be there and I know of three other F-bodies that will be there as well so come on out and join the fun. If you come out to watch Erik stick around for the fun runs and I'll be more than happy to give you a ride.

I guess I better get my lazy *** off this chair and start packing the car

I think you need to sign a waiver even if you're just a passenger (definitely if you drive). Not sure how they'll work that since the insurance provider recently said we can have passengers during competition runs. If you just want to ride along during fun runs, you can sign the waiver.

If you want to ride in a car during competition, I'd get there before registration closes at 9AM just in case. Otherwise you may need to wait until fun runs.

I thought there was an addendum to the rulebook which stated orange cars must be equipped with an umbrella?

Erik94TransAm: I won't have space to put the exhaust in my car at the event, but if you choose to bring it out, I'll look at it there

Anasazi: You missed a huge turnout. Over 100 drivers, 26 of them in Novice... there should have been 27

You even missed the new 4 wheel steering system I'm developing for the Fiero. Cool stuff for those tight corners.

Actually the castle nut came off of the left rear tie rod and it took on a mind of it's own during the 3rd round. I bet it was fun to watch a Fiero going sideways like a monster truck.
