The funny thing is I bet that page has thousands and thousands of hits by now. The guy is probably wondering why so many people are looking at it but it's still only at $33!

One word... GHETTO..! Why even waste the time to fab up that. Buy a used SBC carb intake for $50 and be done. Then sell the stock TPI setup and come out ahead. People are dumb..
I'm sure ALL the cylinders got equal fuel disbursement and there was NO puddling.
