What sucks is the driver isnt the owner. There was a guy running down the track and when the track worker stopped him he said it was his car.

Other than that it was smaller than I'd heard it was going to be.
But I liked it. Not too many cars. Enough to have a full afternoon of racing.
Not too many yahoos stumbling around either like the Street Nationals. I would like to see more late Camaros tubbed though.
If I dont see any soon I may have to tub mine.

Hope they have it next year.

There's plenty of tubbed late model Camros... at the MNCA events. They all run 6s or 7s though.

If it doesn't run at least low 8s there's no need to tub it.

I have a crappy camera I bought for $50 2 years ago... Its basically a webcam that you can run off batteries

I would have liked to see more brakes behind all that wheel. Big *** wheels don't look awsome without big *** brakes. That car was bad as hell though.

Hey guys they do not have pics up yet but...

these are the professional guys that were out there, I bought 2 pics of my car and they gave me their card and it had the webstie but check this out... they have all the other SLP events and a button for ours, just its not functional yet.

they should have some nice pics there when its up...

got one of me launching, and staging, I didn't like the third, showed too much chipped paint, and the sunlight hit my car kinda funny.

If I knew they were out there I woudl have yanked the rear, and tripped all the weight out of the rear so my car would have actually had soem squat to it

nope sorry, jsut towards the end during my elimination rounds I saw him and we talked for a few... we were both wearing our shirts form the gainesville race last year.

Yeah, he found me too. I guess he was two lanes over from me a few days ago and thought perhaps I'd be interested in a little action. But, I didn't realize it was him and turned off. Oh well, would've been the same result as when he raced with his old Camaro...a loss for him!

Says he has 335's on the rear now. That's just obnoxious. Man, if replacing those tires weren't so expensive...*insert dreams here*
