So uh, car shows?

So, does anyone even do car meets/shows anymore? (Just a hang out and relax show, not something like a Fuel **** meet). I can't find any information whatsoever about things like CFFB meets, etc, at winghouse or SnS or whatnot. Just got into an 04 Z06 and figured it'd be nice to find an f-body show and catch up with everyone but apparently no one meets anymore

Mike, my man, the happening place to meet is in oviedo at the lowe's parking lot on Red bug road. My club Lethally Injected F & Y bodies meets there on every Thursday night.

You will definately recognize some old faces there like Tyler, and Joey(the guy who bought your old car) and meet some of the old CFFB crowd.

Hope to see ya and your new ride!

Rick

Muscle Cars of Orlando still meets at the Casselberry H(o)(o)ters first Saturday of the month, 6PM. Considering moving it to Casselberry Commons (corner of 436 & Howell Branch) in the future.

Just not my type of car meet or club. I'm not interested in flexing my muscles or racing anyone or anything like that...I leave that up to random encounters around orlando, I'm particularly right now just looking for a place to go when its nice out to have a beer, chill with a bunch of people, talk about cars, etc.

Don't have to, but thats a lot of what goes on, right?

I'm interested in finding meets like the ones the CFFB used to have at SnS or way back in the day at Waterford Lakes. Those were the good times

I have only been to the fuelslut corner a few times... Its not a all out muscle flex, racing thing going on, but I can see why its not a favorite of all. It is differnet then meets like the CFFB at waterford back in the day. It is a younger type of crowd. But not bad.

Just for the record no racing goes on at the fuelslut meet, for we do not encourage it at all. It is not only for young people, there are all ages there every weekend. To each, their own i guess...

I have been to pretty much every "car show" around central florida and no other club can even come close to the attention that the Fuelslut meets attract. I am not downing any other club around here...just saying that the fuelslut meet attracts more people.

Saturday nights 10pm corner of orange ave & hwy 50
