a friend wants to go look at the rice at about 10pm this saturday at sonics on I-drive... how bad is this place? i've never been there. lots of actual FAST cars or just civics with fart cannons and cocky owners?

 

If you take your Camaro over there I will personally take the 1 block trek from my work, search for the ONE camaro out there and beat your ***. J/K.

Its alot of fart cannons and rediculous stickers. ALOT of stupid stuff.

Like 80's Volvo's with yellow paint and yellow tint and (both really bad jobs of it too) and huge wings.

There are some nice set ups though, on clean cars.


One time I went to get gas across the street at the Circle K and a group of Pony cars had gathered to (what I figured) show up the ricers. Among them were

Two GNX's
A few Cobra's and GT's
1 WS6
1 SS
1 LT1 Z
And some others that I cant remember.

But stay away from there. I eat my lunch there, and on Monday the server was telling me of all the fights and such, and that one cop got swung on by some of the Ricers. So you know they aren't going to be letting them hang in fun next saturday.

 

That place gets packed with rice! Tell ya what, if you're seriously gonna go out there, I will try to get a bunch of the FUEL ***** to go... We used to go out there like every Saturday, we haven't been in a while, so I'm sure some people will be willing to take a trip out there.

Oh-yeah, there will mostly just be rice out there... Maybe a few fast imports.

 

Umm scuse me but without getting my a$$ flamed, but what is a FUEL ****?

 

If there is going to be a Fbody gathering, please dont go in amongst all the Ricers.

You can use my small parking lot after 9:00 PM, and Im only 1 block down from them.....Its a good spot right along I Drive and you can watch all the Ricers go by and point and laugh.

Then if cops come around you can say that you have permission from me to gather there. As long as no one is trashing the lot and destroying stuff.

Well then. I run the "Supermarket of Shoes" on the corner of I Drive and Grand National Drive, on the right hand side headed towards the Sonic.

My store closes at 9 PM, and there may be some left over customers so until everyone is gone, park on the side that is closer to the street. You'll see my 30th anniversary Z (one with stripes) parked on that side.

If you guys show up....fine, if not, its an open invitation till the summer and we change our hours.

hmmm an f-body gathering on i-drive. do you think fuelslut will travel down there? my friend still wants to go down there this saturday i believe, the more f-body's the better.

 

Well, hell might as well. Like I said...Ill be working till about 9:30 ish, but the lot is yours as long as you guys dont trash it up. If enough guys show up, Ill stick around to check it out.

me probably, if i come i'll probably also have a friend with a 3.4L camaro, 2 camaro z28's (other than mine), and a red el camino with some sort of built smallblock thats good for quite a few RWHP.
