Post Where are the "non-rice" street races around O-town?

Hey guys,I'm new to this part of the board. I was just wondering where the guys with the cars that are actually fast go to race. I'm tired of watchin all these ricers drive around meaninglessly looking for spots to race. I wanna find the races where peopel are placin bets and what not. Anyone know where these "secret" races go down?

The problem with the "Good" races, is that they are rarely in the same spot. A lot of times you have to find some onw who knows, or goes to the good spots, such as 11, 12, and 13 second serious racers. Wether it be Fast civis, Rotaries, Supras, Camaros, Mustangs or what not, you'll get good challenges.

Ever since they shut donw the Sports Authority hang out at 50 and 436, I've lsot touch of the peopel who always knew where the good races where.

I'll try to find out atleast where they get together so maybe you can go by and see where it leads to. I'll post back sometime this week.

hey guys,
there are undercover police that patrol this message board on occasion...exchange information through e-mail..the only street racing spot i know of is kept a secret due to the fact that it's going to become part of my monthy income and i dont want it shut down...but ya'll be carefull on this board ok? i dont want you guys to loose your license or get a sting operation set up when you guys are out there...be carefull, we need to keep as many f-body drivers on the road as possible...ecspessialy to beat the **** out of these 03' cobraowners and make them feel like dirt! haha..later,

Carter: Those seats look awesome, and they must be a huge improvement over the stock seats.

Thanks for the reminder about cops reading this borad. I almost forgot how public and popular it is.

I don't blame you for keeping that spot a secret, The more people that know, the more that will come, and the faster it will be shut down.

I personaly have never gone to illegal drags for one reason: TO AVOID COPS. I've been tryign to clear my tickes for a while now, the first couple of tickets go away by the end of this year. Most of the races go untill cops come, and thats somethign I don't like.

Same reason i don't touch the stuff with a ten foot pole. that and my car would get toasted by most people out there, but then again like you said the ricers always find a a way. I know a couple people at my work that try to get me to go out occasioannly that I slaughter pretty bad, so that means they are running mid 16s or higher. not really worth the time.

yeah be careful, I am sure Paul Wlaker found out the race spot to meet up with Vin diesel through a NAAWWWWWSSSSS message board.

Hey I live a little more south than most of you guys. I recently purchased a 93 Z28. I like it a lot. I know of quite a few street races down here. Its actually stupid except for one. Because the majority of the street races here are people that are either really fast and know it...or RICERS that think they are really fast. So there really arent any good races. You either beat the crap out of someone or you get the crap beat out of you. Unless you can run around a 11 sec 1/4 mile. Plus they dont throw any money up. However there is one street race, the guy is a rather old guy who names where they have it. He kinda sets up anything and everything that happens. He doesnt allow anyone in that isnt an American Made Car...mainly american made muscle cars. He does however let in Stock Mustang GT's and stuff like that, but what ya gonna do.
