I was just about to post this same thing. I purchased some fuel injectors from him off Ebay recently and he hasn't replied to any of my emails.

I'm going to give him a little while longer and hopefully he has a rational explanation for MIA... I really need the fuel before hitting the strip again though

If you find anything let me know!

If anyone knows him, you better let him know to get in contact with me asap/and or respond to this thread, beacuse if I dont hear asap I am going to procede with legal action. I talked to someone else who supposivly bought this same throttle body and paid him, and Mike never sent him the throttle body. Sounds like he doesn't like sending out purchased items, and so I am going to have to start taking more actions.

This is Mike, SnkEatr, I just got info about this thread from another board I frequent. I do not know what is going on, but i have not sold anything on ebay for months. However I checked my ebay account, which says otherwise. Paypal is also involved as well. I will work to get to the bottom of this so far I have counted 5 items/auctions that were conducted with my ebay/paypal account without my knowledge. I will be notifying ebay & paypal fraud departments to see what can be done to rectify this situation. As far as the other guy not recieving the TB months ago, is because he snoozed and it got sold to someone else. he also got his money back. I have been around here for a while, and have not screwed anyone, Again I do not know what happened, but I will get to the bottom of this

Mike, I'm sure you can understand how much people are on their toes these days. My biggest question is why you haven't been responding to your emails (same as listed here)??? Is it not your PayPal account that my money went to? It's all very odd. I'm more than dismayed.... only my second dealings with Ebay and already I'm getting screwed. In fact, my first attempt at buying injectors from there I encountered a guy and his buddy price-jacking, although I didn't get stuck with a bill on that one Now this!

At this point I will file with Paypal in an attempt to get my money refunded. I'm a little more than pissed to realize that my second trip to the strip in my entire life is probably going to be put off until next year now

Believe me when I say I want to believe everything you're saying but I MUST be kept up to date from you personally. Forward any and all information to my email account! I'm more than curious on this explanation.

Kevin, I can understand exactly what you mean, I too got screwed on some injectors on ebay. I am working to find out what happened. I have been away from my pc for the last couple of weeks since i am in the middle of moving into a new place. I have a buttload of emails to catch up on. Including a slew from ebay & paypal. I have filed an account theft claim with ebay, and will work on paypal tonight when i finish my day. today will be a long day as i am still trying to get some more moving done and the deadline is getting close.

Mike, This is Randy, I supposively bought the throttle body off you on ebay. I did send the payment through paypal to your email I believe. It went to a Mike Quale. So if you check your paypal account and its their, I think the easy solution would be just to send it right back. Let me know if its their, so we can avoid a lot of misunderstandings. Randy

As a fellow BadRap member I'll 4th it.

Also, I've got a set of 24# FMS/SVO injectors that I recently took out for an upgrade to 42#ers. They were in the car for 2 years and it was my daily driver so the mileage is not low (prolly about 20K miles). Let me know if you're interested, I hate to see someone miss out on going to the track. There are no problems with them and were immediately capped when they came out of the car to keep dust/dirt out.

Thanks for communicating on this board with us Mike. It sure makes me feel a little better, especially having some people back you up. I can understand busy schedules, I have recently started a new semester of classes here. I'm flat broke AND completely out of time.... this makes the whole situation harder on me as well

OutKast- thanks for the offer, unfortunately I need bigger injectors than 24lb'ers. 30lb Bosch style would work but I'm really looking to get 36lb'ers for plenty of head room. That and I can't afford it, thanks to school you don't even want to know how much cash I've dumped in the last two weeks. That $200 that supposedly went to Snkeatr was about the last of my reserves

I really wanted to see what the car could do too. My first time ever at a track, in the heat, short shifting, and running short of fuel and I was already trapping 112 mph

Thanks for the kind words, fellow rappers, I will do whatever I can to get to a amicable solution.

All of the items that were "auctioned" on ebay. were things that i had sold there months ago. they even had my pictures of the items i sold. I think someone must have been running a keylogger or something on my machine. I scanned it and there was a ****load of spyware running on it. I will try and rectify this as soon as possible. Just remember there are five seperate incidents with 5 different people. I work full time and I am still trying to move furniture and stuff from one place to another. So there may be some time when i do not respond immediately. The email addy on ebay and paypal has not been used for a while, I am correcting things to make them Kosher so I am not out of the loop.

Hopefully some of you paid with credit cards and can get your money back that way.

Buttercup - I might be able to get my hands on some 30lb SVO's and get you squared away quickly. I have 36 lb Accel's in my ride now and could also get away with 30lb'ers

Furely - the ASM TB you won was sold a while ago to a guy in orlando, it was on here for sale but the guy that bought it had his MO arrive late, and I sold it to someone else. I have the same unit on my car now, since i bought two from a out of business speed shop in January this year.

Now I will have to notify the other three people of what is going on.

A part of me wants some injectors ASAP, obviously I don't know how to handle the financial issues involved though. It would probably be best to try and get my money back and then reinvest in some injectors at that point. I wouldn't be comfortable with Accel injectors, too bad 36# SVO injectors are few and far between... I really thought I found a gem of an auction Thanks for the offer but I'm not quite sure how to proceed from here.

It looks like there's one big T'n'T track day left up here on October 19th so I guess I do have a little more than a month to find injectors and tune the car again
