1968 camaro wiring

Can any one tell me what color the wire is for my E brake light? Also my horn dont work, could this be a ground? My wipers dont work but if I ground the single black wire to the battery they work. Could this be all related to a bad ground?

Tan

it is Tan on the 68 Z in my garage. A missing ground can do all those things or a dirty corroded connector at the fire wall (behind fusebox) I am no Chevy expert and am here to find the fix for 68 wipers that dont stop, help me someone please.

When i ground the black to the wiper motor the wipers slow a little but don't stop. I never thought to touch to battery - but what good would that do. I need a schematic or know what stops them. I heard grounding the switch body and some stuff about a park switch and timing but yet it does not stop yet...
