Has anyone noticed their 1LE brakes creaking when applying and letting off the front brakes, while not moving?

I've also got a problem when braking fast and hard they take a second or two before they engage completely. and they are a little slow letting bake off as well. I think I just need to rebuild the calipers, but not sure.
