1le suspension package

Re: 1le suspension package
Just out of curiosity, about how much did it cost to ship something that heavy. I've got 108,000 on my factory stuff and need to change them pretty bad. This looks like a pretty good setup for the money. Only thing is I just paid tuition and I'm BROKE. SLP still has the take offs for the front. I might just get them and get some rears from a parts store somewhere.

Re: 1le suspension package
Hi Folks:
Thank you for the nice words! The shipping on the kit isn't too bad. The entire package weighs about 90 lbs and can be shipped to most US addresses via UPS for about $40. I think this is what SLP charges to ship a pair of coil springs....
The price has gone up a bit on the kits, but only by $40. I think we've got enough parts left to put together a couple dozen more kits.

Question for Gyrhead: which parts of the package do you have the most of?
If you had just extra front springs....whould you sell them separate? or any of the other parts?
Thanks,
Doug

Answer for Doug
Hi Doug:
We've got about 600 of the front 32mm swaybars, about 200 spring sets and perhaps 24 more shock/strut sets. From the excellent feedback on this forum we'll continue to offer the kits even after the shocks run out. It seems that most people prefer the aftermarket shocks to the DeCarbons anyway!
All the best,
Tom

Re: 1le suspension package
I put one of his "1LE packages" on my 94Z and could not be happier. Good compromise on daily driving and performance, front definitively sits a bit higher but overall I have no complaints, very satisfied.
I took some recent pics, email me and I'll gladly shoot them your way if anyones interested.
