1st Gen brakes and front clip questions
Anyone know if the front disk brake setup from a early chevy will bolt up in my '67? I am considering swaping out the front clip from a '70-'81 camaro but I'm not sure if it will bolt in. I would just buy a disk brake swap kit, but I'm broke and cheap. Also on a tight budget. I could get a setup from a junkyard for a '67 but I might as well just pay for a new swap kit for the price.
Thanks for any help.

Re: 1st Gen brakes and front clip questions
i'm not a 1st or 2nd gen expert and i dont think many people here are, but i dont think the front clip off a second gen will fit in a first gen, as for front brakes, i'm doing an ls1 upgrade on my 3rd gen, i'd imagine you could do an ls1 upgrade, you just need to modify your own spindle to accept the bracket and find a hub that works, (like a ground down 3rd gen rotor w' bearings that fit)

Hey thats not a bad idea. Actually, there is a totaled SS not far from my house. I never thought about that! Maybe I would be able to swap the rear drums for disks. Thanks guy!
