First thing you do is sell your f-body and buy a SUV. 23"s just aren’t right.

There was a Camaro on eBay with 23" wheels, but the auction is closed and the pictures are gone....... here's a link to a discussion of the car in the "Appearance" section:

why would you need bigger rotors??

as for fitting the wheel, stock tire diameter is 25.7"...so that means if you get a tire with a thin enough sidewall you should not have to modify anything for it to fit.

but in all honesty...WHY

god that will look absolutely on an Fbody...please go away

Everyone is entitled to do what they want with their car, but I think even 18's look too big on a 4th gen.

I remember that. It looked like crap. They had to lift it just to fit them.

If you have to lift the car or run a tire sinificantly taller then stock to make them fit. THE RIM IS TOO BIG!.

BUY A TRUCK

Even mine??

Might have to get a spacer for the springs to prevent rubbing. I agree, to each his/her own, but IMO, 23's are a nono on f-bods.

Especially yours.

J/k. Actually, those particular ones don't look too bad. I do like reversed wheels, though.

imho,
15's are ok
16's are great
17's are perfect
18's can be nice
19's only if they look like any sort of vette rims
and nothing bigger

Yes everyone does have a different taste,, mine happens to be huge rims on f bodys...... lol im guessing that i would need bigger rotors not cause of clearance issuses, but i would think that a wheel that big would require larger rotors so i can slow down properly. back to the subject at hand suspension...... im wondering if spacer are the answer. Does anyone know a good suspension kit so my car doesnt feel like im driving a chuck wagon

You cant have it all. 23" would ride like crap even with the best shocks and soft springs. It will look like a 4x4 if you don’t lower it, and if you do lower it the car would be unbearable to drive. Not to mention you would look like a douche behind the wheel.

There's a guy on another site that put 22's on his car, I think he has it on air bags. But I don't think he drives it much since the tires on there would literally be rubber bands. If you hit any bump in the road you'd probably smash your wheels up. I agree that you would probably need a better braking system, but it wouldn't be a good idea to use 23's anyway. If you want big rims I say look into 20's.
