Re: 60ft times bad help

What size et streets? I have almost the same setup except I have the Spohn t/a. I use 1-2 on the front hals and 5-7 on the rear with air bags in both sides. Left bag at 2 psi, right at 8 psi. I use a 27x11.5x15 qtp and my best 60' with motor is a 1.66 and spraying a 1.57. I launch at around 5000 with or w/o nitrous. Not sure what else to say. If you are running the 16" et streets series, there may not be enough sidewall to cusion the shock and that causes spin. It's a thought. Good luck.

Re: 60ft times bad help

Try loosening up the front shocks to like 1-2 to improve weight transfer, also maybe try a degree or two less pinion angle, somewhere between -4 to -6. Just readjust it for driving on the street.

Also, what tire pressure are you running?

Re: 60ft times bad help

Do the sway bar mod.. Your under 2.0 so that is at least a start.. play with your tire pressures, are you spinnign the whole time or what?

air bags maybe thats what i need. i run low 1.50s 60` 6.93 at 99.75mph in 1/8 best time for 60` has been 1.48 on stock rear end. been thinking about air bags but dont know anything about them yet. i run 28x 9 x15 drag slick on a 8" rim the rear end has 4:10 gears.
