700 hp found

Ok so I found out how I am going to do my motor to get the 700 hp that I want, but now I need to figure out what I will need to do with my chassis. If I do weld on sub frame with a strut bar, torque arm and hoop, panhard bar and control arms do you think I will be ok. Or will I need to do a 12 bolt or ford 9" with that other stuff and a 10 point cage. If you still don't think it will hold up what else would you do. Lets hear it. Thanks Kyle

With that much power your 10 bolt will pop the first time you floor it. I would go with a 9" maybe a Dana 60.

Are you talking about a 67 Camaro? If not (or even if you are), you might want to add a "signature" with the specific info about your car... year, model, engine, tranny, any major mods. Sounds like you might be talking about a 3rd Gen, when you mention "strut bar" and torque arm.

Are you planning to do weekend driving with a 700HP car? You just want the power or is it strictly strip/track? Help us help you.

How are you going about getting 700rwhp? Spray? F/I?
You will need sub-frames at a minimum, but a cage would be better. A better clutch and rear are required for sure.

Tell us your goals for the car and it'll be easier to help you....BUT without even knowing how you want to use the thing you'll need to have the M6 built, a very good clutch (I'm an A4 guy so the M6ers will have to help you with the tranny/clutch options) some sort of aftermarket rear of your choice, the entire slew of the usual bolt on suspension stuff (all adjustable would be my preference) and some sort of roll bar/cage depending on how fast you want to go...Not a big fan of the STB, but I'm into drag racing not road racing...

You need to establish goals and build the car from back to front to handle what's under the hood...
