96 Camaro eating tires on the inside??

Hey guys. I came across a 96 Camaro and the guy is selling it cheap. He said another guy bottomed it out and dented the oil pan. I test drove it and it pulls hard to the left. The front tires are worn on the inside and are fine on the outside. The left/drivers front tire is worse than the passenger. I got up under the car and the air dam that hangs down for cooling is bent. It looks like the metal that the air dam is bolted to was bent when it was bottomed out. Is this part of the frame? Im not real familar with the frames of these cars. Im just curious what I might be getting myself into. Besides that and the oil pan, everything else looks to be ok. How hard of a fix is this?

sounds like a bent tie rod, tell him to let you take it to a shop to be checked out

Is the bar underneath where the airdam is mounted hard to fix?

it connects the steering knuckle to the steering rack, just take it to a shop to be checked out, if the seller has a problem with you having it checked out before purchase then just walk away from that one

I used another guys pic, but this is the piece that is bent. Will I have to replace it or is it ok to leave it like that as long as the other steering pieces are ok? Sorry for all the questions. I know plenty about the engine, but I dont know jack about suspension and steering.

thats just the bottom of the radiator bracket.look right above it to see if there is any damage to the radiator, if the rad. checks out no big deal at all. sounds like you will deff need some suspension work also, just plan on two tie rods and the indide of the tires being worn idicates a problem with the ball joints.if the car is a good deal, then dont let this scare you away.maybe a $350 fix at the right shop.

tire wear on the inside generally is due to an issue with the toe, it could be ball joints but not usually

The radiator is good, no problems. I took her on a 30min ride and no overheating. Radiator isnt even bent. so that parts good.

Since im Suspension stupid I will just take your advise and take it to a shop for an estimate. As long as the frame isnt bent Im happy. The wheels look straight. When i drove it yesterday it was raining and it tracked fine, theres just pull in the steering.
