abs 3vs. 4 Channel

Has any one put a 4 channel abs rearend in a 3 channel car by just tapping in to the abs sensor at the wheel on the 4 channel ?

have you learned anything yet? i have a 4ch rearend i picked up for my 3 ch car and i'm a bit sad.

well i read where you can take one sensor from a 4 ch and run it to the single input for a 3 ch. also, found the abs inop light delete here: http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/fbody/abslight.htm

my question now is if i leave the rear unplugged altogether does the front abs still work...

I know this is old, but I want to know this too. I was told no.

i believe all abs systems have a failsafe where if the abs light is on, the abs system is disabled, there is no partial abs, or front only abs

yeah you cant make a 4ch and 3 ch work together the speed of the rings the sensor will be different and there fore will not work.
