ADJ. LCA'S Need Help!

So I just bought a pair of adj. lca's off ebay,I placed my bid on the 1st day just to play around and I actually won them, $45 ,But the thing is their adj. and I have no idea how to set them.Can any give me some pointers,advice or help?Thanx so much!

I did a rough set on mine using the factory ones. Put the mounting bolts through the stockers, and adjust the LCAs to the same length using the bolts to guide your length.

So far it's worked very well, but I would suggest getting an alignment near after you put them on to set the length exactly.
