Adjustable panhard required w/ lowering springs?
Looking at getting some Hotchkis springs that would (according to the ad) lower my car about one inch. Is an adjustable panhard bar necessary to install these?

I don't have an adjustable panhard rod and I'm running Eibach Pro springs. My tires are centered left to right. If I had to do it over again, I would have bought the adjustable pan hard rod just to give me the option to adjust centering if needed.

If you look at the geometry of the panhard rod, it works out that dropping the body 1" causes the body to shift less than 1/10th of an inch to the right, relative to the axle assembly. If your body wasn't centered to begin with, that could make the misalighment either better or worse. If you are trying to avoid buying the panhard rod, measure the clearance from the wheels to the body before you lower the car, and then after you lower it. You would only need to buy the adjustable panhard rod if the spacing was not equal on both sides after you lowered the car.
On the other hand, you really need a good panhard rod, and choosing the adjustable over a non-adjustable is only a few $$$ extra.
