Adjusting the adjustable PHB...

I've need to retighten the lower jamnut that came loose on my PHB. It's rattling around a bit in the back. The problem is that it looks like I'll have to dismount the lower bolt on the PHB to get at the jam nut, its too close to the bracket to get a wrench around it....

I'm worried about taking out the lower bolt and then having issues getting it lined back up again. Is there an easy way to do this with jackstands in the driveway?

Also what torque should I tighten the lower PHB bolt to?

Its not hard to do if you have a helper to push the body of the car one way or the other so you can get the phb lined up to get the bolt back through. But I'd do it on ramps instead of jackstands so the suspension is not extended.
