adjustable A-arms

What's the best setting to adjust lower A arms?

Get it aligned and thet hem [edit] w/ it....I'm not really sure on technical adjustments for the ADJ lower A-Arm.....Performance wise, I didn't think there was any...

it depends on what you want to do. ibut you really need to put it on an alignment machine and do it that way. you can't do something like that based on turns or something that someone else did.

I honesly can't see how theycan adjust the camber... it looks like you have to take the car damn near apart to get to teh rods in the first place..
