I have had the ls1 conversion on my car for a long time and I am happy with them, but I've been using an LT1 master. Should I replace with an LS1? Is there any difference??

You do not need the LS1 master.
What you have should be working fine. I have never heard anyone say they changed the master when they did the conversion.
Why are you concerned?

Sorry about that Fred...
I always thought that the piston in the LS1 master had more surface area. Which would mean that it moves more fluid than an LT1 master with a similar stroke of the brake pedal. Every LS1 I have driven has brakes that respond very quickly... my car brakes good, but to get the max effect I have to push the pedal down a bit further than I would have to in an ls1 that seems like it has hairpin brakes...
