Any differences between LS1 and LT1 k-members??

I'm wondering if there is any difference between tubular k-members between ls1 and lt1's besides the motor mounts.

Here's why:
I have two pa tubular k-members(similar to bmr except they don't have integrated motor mounts). My friend with an '01 ls1 wants the extra, but neither of us know if his motor/frame mounts will bolt up to the lt1 k-member.
