Back Tire Rubs, what can I do?

If your good with a cut off tool (dremel,die grinder,etc..)
you can cut off 1/4" -5/8" of the lip, or there is still the wood baseball bat and jack method, but this requires a jack that can be lowered slowly(in good working condition). I don't know what else to tell you, except good luck!
