You don't need to do anything with the rear. Most of the braking is done by the front brakes and the rear brakes on an LT1, LS1 or C5 are all about the same capability. All you must have are the pair of brackets for the front and the front C5 rotors. You can reuse the LS1 calipers with that setup or get the C5 calipers (along with pads) depending on how much you want to spend.

the problem with the baer kit (which does indeed use C4 calipers) is its thin 1.10" rotor, and weak calipers.

go with the LG c5 rotor setup.

Well...It looks like I'm gonna get the C5 brackets for the front, drilled and slotted rotors for front and rear along with ceramic pads from Autozone. Total bill should be around $650 and make a night and day differance in braking.
