Ball joint and tie rod torque specs?

What are the upper and lower ball joint and tie rod torque specs for a '95
LT1 TA?

Upper ball joint nut 39 lb. ft.
Lower ball joint nut 81 lb. ft.
Tie rod nut 35 lb. ft. (tighten nut up to 1/6 additional turn (52 lb. ft. maximum) to line up cotter pin slot) Do not back off nut to line up slot.
