Best Front Sway Bar?

Who makes a good front sway bar for our cars that gives us good handling on the street and doesnt hurt your traction too bad for the strip?

We have specific forums for specific topics..... "sway bars" don't belong in "LT1/LT4 Engine Tech". Moving to "Suspension....."

Please post in correct forum.

Re: Best Front Sway Bar?

I put in a 35mm front hollow sway that I got from Strano (stranoparts.com)and then used poly's for the rear sway end mounts & links. The car corners alot better. I tried this with my stock suspension before I threw my bilsteins and eibach's so I could feel it before I did major suspension changes. The car is actually alot of fun to drive now. I feel waay more confident it taking turns and corners which before I just plain out wouldn't attempt.

Another vote for Spohn, good quality pieces and top notch customer service to go along with it.

Re: Best Front Sway Bar?

Just placed an order for the 32mm solid front and the 22mm solid rear, with all hardware (end links, bushings, etc.) and something to get it out of the way of my Strange 12-bolt's aluminum cover. Price is actually very competitive and I know from their other products that Spohn = top-notch quality and customer service. Very happy customer here.

Strano parts! 35mm hollow front bar is awesome! It is only 1.5 lbs heavier than the stock front bar.

Re: Best Front Sway Bar?

32mm hollow 1LE bar $30.00 bucks on ebay.

35 mm strano bar is better, but more expensive.
