Bilstein B12 Tuning System

just changed out my tires. Cooper Cobras aren't made anymore so I went with the Goodyear F1 GS D3 thanks to input on this web site. Now I am saving for shocks and springs. The Action Gator Tire guys where I got the tires suggest a Bilstein B12 Tuning system for $946 for parts. I looked at SLP and they have shocks and springs for a lot less. What is the difference? i notice on the B12 photo there is a blue Bilstein spring on a yellow flange and a bottom yellow holder that must bolt in? Seems like a lot of money for that flange piece? Any help greatly appreciated
