Where is the best, cheapest place to buy bilstien HD shocks and struts for my car (97 TA)?

You can always find someone whoring them out on ebay, but you never know what you are going to get.

*I* would buy from Sam Strano www.stranoparts.com for about $320.

Your right, found some on ebay. He has a lot of good feedback so I think I'll go with that.
