bleeder nipple question

So I swapped my front brake calipers with LS1 calipers....

my question is.........which side is which?
Should the bleeder nipple be at the top of the caliper or bottom?

right now they are at the bottom......but I am thinking that is wrong.
Air will go to the top........so I am guessing the nipples need to be at the top...
but i dont know, what is correct?

they need to go on the top or else you won't be able to get all the air out.

yeah thats what I thought.......
now when I swap them, will I have to rebleed the whole system, or just the front brakes?
