bmr adjustable torque arm?
I was having my LCA's and TQ arm done today. He got the LCA's in no prob but we decided to hold off on the tq arm til next week incase we ran into any problems. Anyone run into any problems with it while doing theirs? I know we have to drill out the rivets in the stock clamshell but it says you may have to lower the tranny "on some cars". any surprises?

Why didn't you do the LCA's. Any one with a socket set can do it. Anyway, you should still be capable of doing it. I'm assuming you're getting the one that still mounts to the tranny. Should be straightforward. I changed my bushing out before going with the trak pak, and it was easy.

Its not a big deal, modding the clamshell to accept the new bushing is the hardest part.
Setting pinion angle can be kind of tricky but other than that it was pretty easy.

it's really simple, even if you have to take out the extra 3 bolts. the engine will hold up the tranny, but the crossbrace has to be removed so it can drop the 2" to remove the bolts. there are 3 of them, and if you have a set of ratchet wrenches this wont even take 30 minutes for the whole job. the 3 bolts that attach the TA to the tranny are really long, and they are in the tunnel which makes it worse. i can wiggle mine out, if i'm really lucky, but on a cold day i dont know why, but i can't. anywho, you're looking at an extra 5 minutes if you have to remove the brace, that's all.
